Internet Audit Limited uses the information you submit to perform the digital-footprint audit you request, provide your results, process payment, prevent misuse and meet legal obligations.

What we collect

Audit details may include your name, email address, date of birth, areas, telephone number and social usernames. Stripe processes payment details; we receive payment status and transaction references rather than your full card number.

How the audit works

We query selected public and licensed data services using the details you consent to provide. This includes an OpenAI-powered search of public web pages. Where you provide an Instagram or TikTok username, returned public post images, captions, comments, public profile metadata and publicly visible following or follower records may be reviewed by OpenAI for clear content you may wish to check. Each source runs independently; after every source finishes, OpenAI may combine the returned findings to produce a summary and identify supported connections. Results are indicators for your own review and may contain false or outdated matches.

CRM and retention

Checkout and payment status are stored in our private CRM so we can support customers and understand abandoned purchases. Audit data and reports are retained only as long as needed for delivery, support, security and legal obligations.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand visits and improve the service. Analytics receives the page path without URL query parameters, so private checkout session references are not sent. Google may process device, browser and usage information and use analytics cookies in accordance with its own privacy terms.

Your choices

Marketing is optional. You can ask us to access, correct or delete eligible personal information, or withdraw marketing consent, by contacting the address shown on your receipt.

Service providers

We use providers including Stripe for payment, OpenAI for public-web search, Instagram and TikTok content review and report synthesis, and Apify and other specialist services for public-profile, social-network, breach and username checks. We limit the data shared with each provider to what is needed for that stage.
