Terms & Conditions

Last updated 10 August 2026

By purchasing an Internet Audit, you ask Internet Audit Limited to begin a personalised digital service using the details you submit.

Your authority and consent

You must only request an audit about yourself, or another person where you have clear lawful authority and their informed consent. You must not use the service for stalking, harassment, discrimination, intimidation or unlawful surveillance.

What the report means

The report summarises indicators returned by public and specialist sources. Matches can be incomplete, delayed, outdated or relate to another person. They are not proof of identity, conduct, wrongdoing or suitability for employment, credit, housing or insurance.

Payment and delivery

The price shown at checkout is a one-off payment. Because the personalised search begins after payment, you expressly request immediate performance of the service. If a source is unavailable, the other checks continue and the report explains which section could not complete. Automated summaries and inferred connections are indicators, not proof that public information belongs to you.

Acceptable use

You may use the report for personal awareness and account clean-up. You may not resell it, publish another person’s personal data, bypass access controls, automate purchases or interfere with the service.

Liability

Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, the service is provided as an informational aid and our total liability for a purchase is limited to the amount paid for that audit.
